I have been working with Bruce and his staff since 2005 and can honestly say that this company has never disappointed me. All of my clients are wealthy winter visitors who have investment homes. They may come once a month or more but when they do come they expect all the systems they paid for to work perfectly! 99.9 % of the time everything that Bruce and his team have installed works perfectly but due to weather and other issues sometimes things get messed up. I met Bruce Thompson approximately 12 years ago when he was employed by a firm who installed a complete house system in a new home built by myself.
